Thank you, but what was he supposed to do for NSAV back then? As you say, NSAV was doing nothing but moving stock at that time. Anyway, I'm happy NSAV is letting the lawyers deal with this now, and it looks like a countersuit is coming.

He should have taken the deal, whatever that was. Now he'll spend more on lawyer fees and may get nothing!
