You have to realize, generally a name change wouldn't make a big deal but this is a different situation. We have a new and upcoming Chinese e commerce company who is looking to make a splash into the US market. They have systematically set themselves up but due to the fact that they had to go through the name change process twice here, they are a little behind their procieved schedule.
