Hey brother...

CEO is more concern than us here regarding filing. He said he own more shares here than us. Do u think he is dumb enough to release bad news to kill his own stock?

It happens all the time. CEO owns shares and stock plummets or goes "EM".

It's all over the OTC. I don't even want to get into that subject. The CEO's never net lose. Just leave it at that.
