You need to understand Motor-Goater, posting financials to OTCM has no need of an auditor, just an attorney letter. They were using that auditor, which completed a form 10 for CNNA and was ignored by SEC, strictly for them trying to go back to SEC reporting instead of alternate reporting. So what youre saying makes no sense, and the reason why I am posting here is because I am talking about the stock CNNA.
