This is the first stock that I've researched that doesn't have a cik#.

Plus GMNI has missing financials from 2017 - 2021 which means it's delinquent with the SEC, is in violation of FINRA Rule 6490 and has a restriction on SEC corporate actions approval such as a merger or name change.

Because of this, CNNA won't be able to get a Form 10 Registration approved by the SEC until the miss8 g financials are filed. This means that CNNA won't get any corporate actions such as a merger or name change approved by SEC/FINRA.

GMNI is a scam.
