Nations Royalty Corp. (NRC.V), focusing on royalties granted to First Nations groups under Benefit Agreements, recently went public. The company’s initial assets include five Nisga’a Nation projects in BC’s Golden Triangle. The Nisga’a Nation, holding 76.8% of NRC, makes it the largest majority indigenous-owned public company in Canada. Revenue is expected to grow from US$4M in 2024 to US$52M by 2032.
