The early catalyst

Is the FDA decision on if they deny or approve the IDE application, which will happen within the next 25 days, it might take the full 30 days which started the June 28th. If the FDA doesn’t respond in 30 days it’s approved, however the FDA can respond earlier and deny, approve or ask questions.

If the IDE is approved then Radiogel can move forward and proceed with phase 1 which is human trials. Which if you don’t already know the Mayo Clinic will be running the trials.

If denied this will more than likely drop back to .10 cents or lower.
