That's the toxic convertible debt, I don't know if it was the current mgmt or who entered into those deals but that's what ultimately kills most penny stocks.

I will say this though, Trent mentioned in an interview something to the effect that he was converting some shares of TONR but not spending it on himself buying cars and such but reinvesting it back into the company.....well....now I can see that, he converted $35K in April...but...he took that $35K and used it as an advanced deposit on the BQST shell. So IF the BQST deal does in fact end up benefiting TONR shareholders in some way, then he was indeed telling the truth.
