Well, based on what they put in the PR, I would say yes. Still don't get the "initial delivery" part. Does that imply a 'secondary' or 'final'? Who the knows with these lying c*%#$uc&@ers!

The initial delivery will go to a Massachusetts-based company offering custom home building, home renovations and maintenance, property management and painting services.
