Buddy after 2.5 years of preparation and constant comments from tbe FDA along the entire way all 63 of them that have been addressed by management sometimes twice
Coupled with FDA giving them the BDD Designation given to them in Dec
Refusal is highly unlikely

I think all need to learn more about the process that's transpired last 3 years .
