Umm, it is a laptop. I see no need to mention that a laptop has a battery that works during power outages. Duh.

And, Umm, you still missed that there was an OR in that sentence. Yes, I agree that verified buyers can leave any review that represents their experience and that for various reasons some decide to return and share. That's expected and helpful. It also strikes me that most of the negative reviews are related to connection issues.

One return 4 star review said that they love VOS but they use Verizon and VOS doesn't support the frequency that Verizon uses for its fastest connection, and that if that changes they will repurchase. That indicates that VOS works on Verizon, but not Ultra Wideband.

And any expectation that VOS will get better coverage than a roaming phone is sure to end in disappointment. That's the weakness. Tri Cascade could be more clear about performance being dependent on the availability and quality of cellular and 5G in various areas.

Honestly, the agenda comment was directed at you, not the Amazon reviews. Whew, I'm glad I got that off my chest. It's your posts trying to convince everyone that VOS doesn't work, and you've never tried it. I have one. Sorry. Not Sorry.
