Umm, there was an OR in that sentence. I'm sure most people that had issues had an unreliable tower connection or tried a carrier other than T-Mobile. Like the one that tried using their phone SIM and AT&T shut it down, probably because they detected that the device was not a phone. The German review is also interesting, because I'm not sure that SRMX is even marketing it in Germany. When I inquired if it would work in Italy, I was told that it would work but 5G speed isn't guaranteed in some areas, just like USA, but more so in foreign countries. Details matter.

It's hilarious that you talk about VOS holding a charge! There is no battery! There is no charging. VOS runs on USB power. Duh!
