Actually, it is not coming. There is no platform and the CEO says that all funding fell apart.
Could it be because the CEO is a 3-time convicted felon, including felonies for money laundering and felony financial fraud (obtaining $ by false pretenses)?
Or is it because the CEO is known for beating women and kids to a pulp?
Or is it because of all the failure to pay loans, taxes, court judgments, liens and tax liens?

Or is it because their legal departments just simply did an internet search for Peter D Michaels and Fraud, and saw the results?
