I'm wondering the same thing: Why is a Chief Medical Officer, founder, and co-board chairman of a publicly traded company spending his time selling weed cures instead of focusing on running his publicly traded biopharma company? Not to mention, the four reverse splits in the past six years, which is also troubling and historic. And BTW, all investors were wiped out after each of these splits--once the sell off by the note holders occurred.
