The offering hasn’t even been approved yet.

It’s the OTC, so sell off is in my opinion because of a few things.

1. It’s the OTC and the flippers and traders that buy on the news didn’t get the spike in share price they were hoping for

2. The word dilution was said so even though they have no clue what it’s for, most in otc will sell because of it.

The offering when it does happen is a month or better off before it even gets approved.
