I am saying this to feel better: GTCH managers know they have something they worked hard and long to develop to the stage where VALUE is maximized. Having no intent OR cash to pursue any fully operational status of production (never a rational goal), they are now seeking a buyer to conceptualize and materially construct a sales/profit operation around the potential VALUE of their patents.

That desire did not just start when they announced they were going to sell but much earlier. I am sure they have been 'greasing the skid' a long time - thus, why, IMO, the long wait is about to end. THEY WILL MEET THEIR LONG TIME DESIRE.
