Your first question is dumb so I'm not even going to address that.

2nd question is a good one: my opinion is they will let this thing run with additional news releases/updates on the trading platform rollout etc. At an appropriate point in time they will announce an uplist to Nasdaq which will cause the stock to fly upwards. Once it gets to $1, announce a reverse split to set up SS for a Nasdaq listing.

Others might have another opinion.

I'm going to assume you are really new ...or are you basher? I suspect time will tell.
