As long as Doc sells shares in small tranche and moved the Reg A share price up according to the pps at that time it would minimize dilution. But if MMs continue to hold pps down then Docs hands are tied and he'll be forced to sell at the offering price or slightly above.

There's no logical reason why a proven cancer treatment is sitting at .20. None!
