If our stock were to jump significantly, can he change the offering to a higher price?

Yes, he must be able to do this because he has in the past. We have seen it go both up and down based on stock price. At least that is what my memory is telling me. The offering should not be a shock to anyone as we know that the clinical trials will take money and that it will be up to about $10 million based on previous filings. In the BDD run they generated the revenue to get them through much (but not all!) of the IDE development/submission without disrupting the share price increase to much. It did suppress it a good bit, but investors still saw a healthy gain...until BDD denial. Given the number of shares since Mar have increased about 20 million I would have thought we would already see a growth in cash on hand. But from looking at the reg A it doesn't appear our cash has increased ($1.3 million is unchanged from 10K).

I also think (repeating myself, but I don't care) that we may see an increase and hopefully consistency in IsoPet treatments which will help blunt the cost of trials. They are spending much more time and money trying to drum up sales in that area and have ramped up production of their chillers to facilitate treatments (I think I recall that they posted they were going to have a dozen or so ready by early summer....). The John Hopkins crew that did the rabbit study will surely publish their results. I hope it is in an impactful journal with a wide audience such as the Journal of Veterinary Internal Medicine (JVIM) that Focuses on clinical studies, case reports, and new treatment methods in small and large animal medicine. That would be the best route to get veterinarian's across the country interested in IsoPet.
