Kate put out 3 press releases about acquiring FoodyTV but never announced the cancellation of the deal. Was I lying when I pointed that out?

You going with the "Kate can do no wrong" mantra isn't helpful. Everyone has their weaknesses and Kate is far from a genius as you think when it comes to how she handles certain things. No board should be limited to be nothing more than a cheerleading forum where any negative should be quashed out of hand.

I have given her credit in the past for her efforts with the farmers of Columbia and the many shows she attends trying to get her products known. If the company succeeds, in spite of her shortcomings, great. But the odds with startups are dismal. Nearly 90% of startups fail. Am I lying about that? Read it for yourself.
