This is absolutely true, yes. They always leave some verbal CYAQ (cover your ass qualifier) wiggle room, as does almost everyone. I have no problem with that. And if occasionally the company has to rely on those CYAQ's, well, that is what they are there for. But missing a specific date - qualified or not - without communicating with shareholders the why's & when's? That I would find unacceptable.
