You are correct. I have no idea. I do know that the shelf was largely untapped and the only one to get some of it is taking a bath.

If the shelf registration is finally used to facilitate financing that advances the project, that would be great.
However, we need to find an entity that sees enough merit to purchase equity to advance it. We have drawn blanks on that so far.

How much dilution will there be kicking the can until the much larger equity investment dilution hits? I just hope we are far, far away from another R/S.
