On top of that, all involved parties also manage to keep it a secret. As a result, the developer's share price remains near zero and its shareholders are driven to create and promote one lie after another to try and get even a few pennies for their shares. And the oddest thing is the developer never even begins to build the condos but assures shareholders a share price of dollars/share is on the way. He would tell them when, but a gag order is preventing him from providing any meaningful and factual information. But really, it all will happen eventually, maybe in a decade or two.
