thinking about v ip and potential 8 chat app of apps with programmable api.

multiple apps in an app, constructing a web app/website/webpage from internet assets? arbitrary objects in framework.

the abandoned patent for downloading to a file comes to mind.....don't need it if its a progressive web app?
the user picks from a drop down of filepointers, which is a representation of micro frontends contained in a automatic registry of such, an 8 thing or maybe msft/google?
file pointer to the file at the cloud node data center . but the microfront end will have some offline capabilities for storing messages to go and such?
now this am article about msft and hong kong data centers with questions about openai saying they will follow usa no go to unsupported locales regulations.
openai says they will enforce their ip rules by apis.
either way , seems like 8 and v ip involved?
