Highly unlikely (IMO) of a buyout. IO is the only viable revenue stream, and they somehow, someway made a deal with UBQU, which was a no bid penny stock at the time. Without the details of the IO merger/acquisition we dont know their motivation for the deal. IO had opportunity to offer themselves to a larger company then, but chose UBQU, so IMO unlikely of being bought out by larger company now. It's unfortunate that the Financial Disclosure did not disclose much.

Another DD hole (for me anyway) is what happened to Cannazall? Disclosure said they were unprofitable and losing money so they closed it down. But what happened to the inventory, their assets, their IP of proprietary quality USA-grown and formulated CBD products, their website, etc.? I'm sure it had some value to someone, yet it was all booked as ZERO. Again, it's unfortunate that the Financial Disclosure did not disclose much.

Sure, we can ask them but if they didn't answer it in Disclosure, I doubt they will answer it on Twitter ...
