Let me simply say this.
If you are the CEO with 7 or 10 entities with full knowiledge of the fact what the revenues are.
(eg. $90M annually on each of them.) You were asked what the valuation of the whole entity rolled into one?
Guess?
You might wanted to dig in further to verify. Including myself.
The fact of the matter with just one entity rolled in with $22M revenues is a proof, enough to consider as FACT. Accounting numbers don't lie. However changes is viable due to GAAP.- USA standards.

and their Q2 is around the corner. We are anticipating a significant report in terms of numbers here. the main goal is nasdaq listing that follows all ingredients that is required to be one. Financials, Name change, ticker, minimum $4 SP and so forth.
We will see all these catalysts happening at a certain point. Time frame we don't know. I hope soon or sooner than a year or two. Can't wait.
