As I read it --- it seems going forward - RIVIAN is now half a company (the other half is VW -- "equally") but that half has a boat load of capital and added brand and marketing and ?

for NKLA --- I wonder how much - 1B - 5B - some company might want to use to acquire HALF of NKLA --- or would such company simply buy it out at 40% rise in pps?
