There was some discussion as to it qualifying as a material event due to the BDD submission not being considered material, but rather the approval.

I was trying to gain some perspective behind the theory on the radio silence, not spread FUD. I.e - Why I asked if submission could have already happened and they will announce approval instead and coordinate the Benzgina article.
