you could deduct ira fraud if before 2018, but not 2018 thru 2025.

anybody know if the fraud date of perpetration vs the court ruling of such is the date used to determine deductibility above?
?
if farias and wade separately and together did the fraud....are we members of a class so to speak?

we might be ok?
