Did ya notice March quarterly disclosure posted 3 different times over 3 weeks on OTC Markets ? Last one noted as being prepared by Consultant Ken Klipper.

Also share trackers and OTC Markets have changed the outstanding share count. Strangely dropped from near 103 million down to 98+ million. Roughly the difference of shares given to Lorton to close the land deal. Given June 30th is FY end for ECSL, wouldn't be shocking to see updates although strange for it to drop.
