I don't think $AMC is that desperate. AA is going organic for now.
If AA needs that type of deal am sure he may be able to get something done in the future, but right now he and us would be taken advantage of. They may or may not have some leverage.
I just don't see it happening. Not at this time.

If AA is able to restructure 2026 debt with lenders and push it out some and movies start to pop soon~?

Will $AMC get to $1.8 billion this Q~? Maybe better~?

Straighten up the balance sheet first. That is my opinion. Everything else will take care of itself.
Fundamentals matter.
