What companies? The "companies" that Xalles was supposed to acquire are mostly newly created websites with no intent of ever becoming a real operating company.

Just look at CashX... CashX.ai linkedin said there are 100 operating CashX kiosks in Mexico yet an address for only one was provided by Xalles. CashX.ai website was created a few months before Xalles announced anything about it. CaxhX claimed to have a headquarters in San Diego but when I visited it was a virtual office with no-one from CashX ever there except to collect mail (according to receptionist).

Xalles has finally made a mistake by acquiring a company that has a tangible product, a CashX kiosk!
