Much easier to figure out strategy when it is all over... just like Bugliosi's Outrage.

I agree that folks would probably be squawking if he had only been convicted of the lesser charge but from the hindsight POV, at least the cat would be locked up for a while.

Do you think the authorities will delve deeper into the missing people he is suspected of killing?

Interesting that you've had hands on experience with the periphery of the case. Wondering if there are other stories you could tell without violating anyone's privacy. Would make good reading.
