me: 8 should discuss the unified communications platform as a service with the cuda ip.

it might allow all part/components of the architecture to actively communicate to and fro for desired operation/performance/security?
me: whatsapp business/meta talking to apple; 8 is partner of whatsapp business. consider communications platform as a service for compute unified device architecture when you're thinking parallel communications including to virtual machines and Quantum computers//quantum emulation/quantum simulators?

me: cuda and first to the second; arm and the 'and/or' operating system of mot/mpc. ask winning.
