Stop the lies. Here is no. 7 you refer to:

The temporary restraining order prevented ERHC from monetizing its prime asset, EEZ Block 4, which would have guaranteed ERHC the resources to continue to meet its obligations without exception, including but not limited to timeously filing its periodic filings.

It CLEARLY states not being able to monetize assets as the reason for not filing, it says NOTHING about the gag order prohibiting filing. Why continue to lie about this? Are you in such a pathological condition that you refer to lies as established truth? So pathetic.
