You just reminded me how Amazon deliveries to me (which I have go to my office) have been very hit or miss lately. Items the driver claims to have been delivered are AWOL. I don't think they've been stolen, I believe some drivers just leave packages in random places because they don't read signs on the buildings. I've gone to other businesses in the compex hunting down my stuff. Sometimes I find it, other times I don't. Earlier this year I had two items marked as "delivered" that I never received. Amazon issued a credit and I re-ordered them. About 6 weeks later the missing items arrived somewhat battered (and I don't mean that in a delicious way). Where had those items been? They weren't talking.

And a couple of months ago an Amazon driver called me at 9pm trying to make a delivery. He didn't speak English so he expected me to speak Spanish. Well, I don't. He called back with a friend conferenced in and I was able to give the driver instructions on where to find the building.
