They're supposed to file financials too or face stock revocation.

But the gag order prevented them from filing financials and ultimately there was no stock revocation.

In fact, right around the time a stock revocation was to occur a bunch of shorts showed up happy to short even at $.0001, because from $.0001 to zero is still a 100% gain.

I warned those shorts about the gag order and they ignored me even called me a pathological liar.

Yet here we are with no revocation and the revocation shorts stuck at an insanely low price. They'll be the first to cave in a short squeeze.
