For veggies, frozen is MUCH better than canned. Corn, beans, peas, and so on. The corn and peas are pretty much indistinguishable from fresh in most preparations.
I do buy canned legumes, though: pinto beans, black beans, cannellini, and chickpeas. I like Progresso soups best, though only a few kinds. I mostly buy New England Clam Chowder and Lentil.
