enterprise data comes in all shapes, formats, sizes, languages, platforms..........the same data has knowledge potential which is different for the various compartments of the enterprise operations....a different look see at the same data...
the hr, from the plant floor super, the safety officer, the dei person, the cfo, the coo.......and then the integration of all the stuff including the transportation, logisttics and supply...planning for next few years/longer term/tech changes/equip owned and that which might be needs to be purchased.
if msft in their ai associated contracts could do like the goldmine show with juan and freddy........
they come in .....take a measure of the usual runs qos/time/work/productivity/costs......then for a certain amount of gold money provide their fixes/ip......and then installs the new ip and then does another run with a post look at the same sensor readings..........they always come out winners....if there is gold in the ground.

looking at the quarterly results for some companies, their revenue seems to go up but their costs also go down.
especially the customers of 8. it sould be huge if 8 and v could go into a subscription business.
