Morella Corporation Limited (ASX: 1MC “Morella” or “the Company”) advises that shareholder approval
was received, at the recent Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, to
consolidate its issued capital.
Morella’s shares will be consolidated on the basis that every twenty five (25) shares of the Company will
be consolidated into one (1) share.
The effective date, as advised in the Company’s Notice of Meeting dated 16 May 2024, for the
consolidation of the Company’s shares is 3 July 2024.
