... hoping that the country becomes normal again after the election.

That would be a dream come true.
Sadly, I'm highly pessimistic.
If Trump wins, the left will go batsh*t bonkers.
There will be no peace for the next four years.
If (God forbid) Dementia Joe & Kamatoe win,
we are all dead meat.

We'll see what 2028 brings.
