We are having a strong volume for a Friday. Here is my opinion on what has happened with today's session. First let me say that Market Makers do not hold inventory they leave that up to us and certainly not going into the weekend. There are strict rules with the SEC on that.

When earlier this morning a slew of sells going off at .0001 in the tune of millions, then all of a sudden, the sells increased in individual count and 5th decimal picked up a few until there was a 75m sell at .0001 and the next trade was a .00011 buy in the amount of 75m. This was clearly a wholesale or nonretail. My guess that this 75m was the company's sponsor buying back the sale of 75m for 75m at .00011. Then there after the sale of .0001 all being bought back at .00011. This makes me believe that the company exercised the buyback today in the tune of over 125m total buyback.

This type of trading session has been going on since the company announced they are in debt reduction phase and probably within large volume days for greater amount, but still down between the .0001 and below .0002. It wouldn't make since for the buyback being at .0002 since the rational thinking is getting it at the least common denominator which is .0001 and the handling charge of the 5th decimal for the trading execution. In some cases, 5th decimal trading can and has moved to a click above the 5th for a retail acquisition, but in this scenario, it's going back to the company, thus debt reduction.

Waiting on the next financial cycle should have a positive on Innovative Outcomes subsidiary.

This is going much higher, but for now let the company buyback their excess shares.
