I believe my mhus "sec filing" post may have something to do with GVT. IF they are selling shares this maybe the co. UTEK who is getting them to help make the gvt deal happen. All IMHO just trying to throw some things around but found that filing last night from 2/20/2007. Any thoughts?

From their website-----

"To assist our clients in acquiring new technologies, UTEK has developed the Technology Acquisition Alliance service. Our Technology Acquisition Alliance services are designed to help our clients rapidly enhance their product pipeline through the acquisition of new technologies, primarily from universities, medical centers and federal research laboratories. Our publicly traded clients provide either unregistered shares of common stock or cash as payment for the services we render under our Technology Acquisition Alliance consulting engagements."

"UTEK strengthens companies through its unique technology transfer process and currently has a portfolio of equities in a wide range of industries. UTEK does not internally value its portfolio, for the past six years (since inception as a public company) we have engaged an outside valuation firm to provide quarterly (every 90 days) valuations on each portfolio holding. These valuations are then reviewed by our Board of Directors who are responsible for determining in good faith the fair value of our investments. Utilizing an outside independent valuation firm is considered “best-practice” for a BDC. We list each portfolio holding in our schedule of investments filed every quarter with the SEC, this enables our investors to review the companies that we own stock in each quarter."
