OK. Please provide some facts on the following.
What are the sales projections? What is the timeline with the town and schools? When will
they make the offer? How big is the town? What is their monthly production capacity? How many containers are in stock,?Who is their supplier? Who is their architect,? How many employees do they have and what is their background? Plumbers? Electricians? Welders? Where are they getting funding from?

And that is just a start.
