Why does it kick out the green pastures? We haven't seen Q1, we just merged profitable assets into a company that is going to increase the value and we will now benefit with no overhead ? Clearly Q1 is going to show profits and clearly FOXO is now a profitable Company that we own. Sure its not a good thing if they have to pay back, but its hardly anything that changes the green path forward.

Only thing that concerns me is a reverse split. If anything RNVA still gets a discount on the money owed to CD as FOXO will inject more here. Which they may not have if the funds were never provided?

For a Company that was a complete mess and f'ng over shareholders for years, this really seem minor and theres a plan to address it.
