There was a mistake and Tom apologised. He reposted the message to take into account your comments.

Furthermore, we're not from Medify. Tom has put a lot of time in for the shareholders. If you don't like it, leave. It sounds like you need to spend a lot of time talking to your lawyers anyway.

So, best of luck with any action you pursue, and thanks for your input. I politely repeat the request, please do not attack Tom, especially for removing a name as you requested.
