Nothing here that anybody did... it was all whatever happened between the Tradition group owners and Morris, Carnes and Co with the acquisition. The public information filed by apsi (so we only see one side of the story) just states that there were financial irregularities and issues that could not get resolved and assets were being liquidated to satisfy financial obligations.

We know there was an ugly lawsuit and countersuit from both sides so most likely was things both parties did wrong, although the appearance was that Morris and Carnes tried to pull a fast one on the tradition owners and screw them and it fell apart.
