My thoughts on the nevada filing.

We are still legally Cash now, this may be the filing with the state in prep for the name change, they may issue the same amount of shares as espirit, and then swap. Or maybe this is the amount of o/s in cash now, and they are filing to have it trade at Espirit.... I just think people are jumping to conclusions, but to each their own...
