3) OTCQB uplist, means 1 cent soon and will stay higher. If they felt that they couldn't sustain the VXIT share price above 1 cent, they wouldn't uplist, which means that they have some big things up their sleeves.

4) VXIT will be 1 cent++, and sustain that share price, before they uplist to OTCQB, as this is one of the OTCQB uplist requirements.
