RV was 400% and then 124% for paper

That seems to average out at PTEL price to around .25.

We'll have to wait and see if there is fireworks come the 4th of July...

But then I don't think there is any Shorting allowed overseas. Some share didn't make the MMX trip...something about dropped phone calls by the DTCC over a rubber stamp?
